We first consult to understand all the details, and answer your questions and concerns. Planning - All projects require meticulous attention to details. Schedule - All will be considered in the relative scope of work. Executing - After all pertinent documents and information is complete to the satisfaction of all parties, work begins. Final Stage - Project complete. Review to ensure all parties, including but not limited to owner, contractor, building inspectors and others are satisfied.

Yes. We work exclusively with fully licensed, certified and insured trades. Ensuring that each design and project meets or exceeds appropriate building and safety codes.

All our proposals are detailed and transparent. Prior to starting any project, a budget or allowance is calculated and approved. We try to avoid changes and extras for a variety of reasons. Should a lower quote surface, and that particular work is yet contracted, we would definitely entertain the proposal, provided all concerned parties agree.
